Silex Airclean System

The Silex AirClean, a cabinet style air extraction unit, ensures that you have clean air and an odourless environment when cooking, eliminating odours and grease vapours in the extracted air wherever it is installed. It is especially suited for front cooking, were ducted extraction is not possible.

Features

• The complete system is equipped with four castors; two of which can be locked.
• Contains a cyclone filter made of CNS 18/10 which separates oil, water and fat content from the air, and collects into a removable grease collection sump.
• A dual cassette odour filter with Zeolite and an optional active carbon filter.
